That’s right. This is another opportunity for you to check out some of Seattle’s newest projects…and unlike last year’s tour, projects from the Eastside will be featured as well. Last year’s tour brought out hoards of people; Escala and The Parc had well over 700 people through, but as to how many sales were converted from all this traffic is unknown. Hopefully with the changes made to this year’s tour, more prospective buyers will come out and less people wanting their $50 gift certificate to Applebee’s.  I have included a full list of the properties that will be participating in the tour below.
